Epoxy Flooring

A liquid-applied resin system that cures into a hard, jointless, chemically resistant surface bonded directly to the slab.
Epoxy is applied as a liquid and cures in place, so it follows falls, forms coves and leaves no joints. Bonded to a properly prepared slab it produces a floor that resists oils, solvents and cleaning chemicals that would attack most other finishes.
Build-up can be varied from a thin roller-applied coating to a heavy-duty screed, depending on whether the floor faces foot traffic, forklifts or thermal shock. Anti-slip aggregate can be broadcast into the surface where required, and line marking is applied as part of the system.
Slab preparation decides whether an epoxy floor lasts. Mechanical grinding and moisture testing before any resin goes down is not an optional extra — it's the job.
